l was transferred reportedly on the orders of Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar following his refusal t
o seek apology from Khawar Maneka over his alleged misbehavior.
A three-member bench of the Supreme Court, headed by the CJP, will conduct hearing of the suo motu case on August 31.
The court has ordered DPO Gondal, Inspector General Punjab Police Kaleem Imam, and the Regional Police Officer to appear before the court in personal capacity.
